Processing / Facilities
   
We harvest, process, store and ship in accordance with CFIA / USFDA / HACCP rules and regulations. Our facilities are also aprove by european community #141.
 
Our cold storage facilities built to hold 500,000 lbs. at minus 22˚C.
 
     
We are involved on the harvest of our product through an association with a group of fishermen that are considered to be a part of the company, so we provide them with the equipment required for being succesfull on the work.
   
We have developed a completly new technology to produce our farm raised scampi lobster.
